1. Overview
Cornerstone Webcraft provides web design, development, and digital consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. By using our services, you agree to these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Services and Pricing
We offer various digital services, including website design, development, SEO, and maintenance. Pricing and service details are outlined in individual project proposals or on our website. We reserve the right to modify our services or pricing at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond to feedback and approval requests promptly
- Supply necessary content, images, and access credentials
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Use our services for lawful purposes only.
- Refrain from infringing on the rights of others.
- Avoid introducing harmful code or viruses.
- Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Payments and Billing
Fees for services will be outlined in individual project proposals or invoices. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late or missed payments may result in project delays, service suspension, or additional charges. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality work, but if you are unsatisfied, our refund policy is as follows:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- During the Project: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed, minus the 10% administrative fee
- After Project Completion: No refunds once the project is approved and delivered
- Agency-Initiated Cancellations: Full or pro-rated refund, depending on the work completed
Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Cornerstone Webcraft are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content is transferred to you, except for third-party assets (e.g., fonts, plugins), which remain subject to their respective licenses. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content outside the agreed project scope without explicit permission.
7. Website Hosting
All websites created by Cornerstone Webcraft are designed and developed exclusively on the Duda platform. To ensure proper performance, updates, and compatibility, all websites must be hosted through Duda under our management unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If a client chooses not to host with us (or directly through Duda), this must be discussed and approved prior to project commencement. In such cases, Cornerstone Webcraft cannot be held responsible for any performance issues, downtime, security vulnerabilities, or limitations that may arise from using another hosting provider or platform.
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that all design work will be completed within the Duda platform and agree to its hosting environment unless an alternative arrangement is explicitly approved.
8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
Cornerstone Webcraft respects intellectual property rights and complies with the DMCA. If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification with the following information:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL or description of the location of the allegedly infringing content
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination:
- Client-Initiated Termination: You will be responsible for all work completed up to the termination date, including any outstanding payments. Partial refunds may be provided based on project progress, minus non-refundable deposits.
- Agency-Initiated Termination: We may terminate services if you breach these terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in abusive or unethical behavior. In such cases, any unpaid work completed will still be billable.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to any ongoing services may be revoked, and final deliverables will only be provided once outstanding invoices are settled.
11. Limitation of Liability
Cornerstone Webcraft is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from website use, service interruptions, or third-party issues.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines. These Terms shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), or any Incoterms.
13. Changes to Terms
